The product is called Mona Vie. It consists mostly of a Brazilian berry called the acai berry. This berry has a very high anti-oxidant profile, and has shown many great health benefits. So, I have decided to go ahead and start a blog. I think it will be a good way to remember my life in general just like a journal. I think that is probably the purpose of a blog. I think it will also help me to stay in contact with friends and family too. Who knows. I'm sure it will be more for me than for anyone else.
So this is my first post, but there is much more to come. Just give me some time.
