Nolan's First Haircut! 6/27/09

So I thought that I would finally give Nolan a haircut since people keep calling him a girl (including the pediatrician!). I was so very sad to do it since I love his hair and the many beautiful colors that are in it (red, blond, brown). It was time though. Anyhow, we did this the morning of his 1st birthday party too.

I had Nick hold him on his lap. I got the clippers out, and away we went. I thought it looked okay (not as cute as before). It is a little harder to see all the beautiful colors that are in his hair now, but I suppose his hair will get longer again, and then I'll have to cut it again.

I did find a few places over the next couple of days that needed some touch-ups, but no big deal. It was easy to clean it up a bit! Nolan did such a good job. He just wanted to play with the clippers the whole time. I'm glad he didn't seem to mind too much.
